This product can be used in advance of anticipated sun exposure to help build skin tolerance �C simply apply generously after bathing for up to two weeks before holidays and outings in high sun areas. Continue use for the duration of sun exposure, applying 20 minutes before skin is exposed to sun and reapplying hourly throughout the day.
